The importance of a good working environment
We at Kringsjaa know how important it is to have a good working environment. We ourselves think that we have a fantastic workplace, and we want everyone who starts with us to feel that too. That is why we put a lot of effort into ensuring that new colleagues get a good start to their careers in Kringsjaa. We have structured start-up routines, provide thorough training, and facilitate relevant courses. Not least, we are also a group that makes sure that everyone feels welcome.
